Pleased at The Preserve: Maria S.

When a person who is familiar with the senior care industry compliments our care services, we take special pride in it. Maria, whose mom lives at The Preserve, has experience as a healthcare worker. She took a moment to write down her thoughts on the care and services her mom has received, and we’re happy to say that she is Pleased at The Preserve.
“Mom is thriving in this homelike environment,” Maria writes. “A stimulating, safe, clean, and warm environment provides the 24/7 care she needs.”
Maria, a former therapist, is keenly aware of her mother’s level of functioning needs, and she decided that assisted living and memory care would be the best environment for her mom. After trying another assisted living, Maria decided to move her mother to The Preserve.
Maria specifically acknowledges The Preserve’s Life Enrichment Director as one of the staff members who makes a difference in the lives of our residents.
“Kathy Plaga does a wonderful job in activities/life enrichment program,” Maria says.
“She has true love, compassion, and knowledge base to meet the resident where they are.”
When asked how Maria would rate The Preserve on a scale of 1 to 5 stars, with 5 being the best, Maria rated us 5 stars. She added that she would absolutely recommend us to others.
“We are so pleased with the caring staff, clean environment, [and] great activities,” she writes.
